The team arrived in Little Rock on Monday night and hooked up with Jenn, a huge LAF supporter and crashed at her house. Tuesday, we built our bikes and then it was off to ORBEA to meet Tony and the crew and do an easy lunchtime ride with Justin.

My life in Colorado Springs so far has been a bit like driving with an empty tank. There are so many things to see and do in this area, but with 2 workouts a day I can’t seem to get the energy to do anything but eat and sleep. Training here is is like packing an entire year of my usual effort into each month.

First of all, we want to sincerely thank all of you for applying to compete in the 2008 Tour of Utah. We received 32 deserving requests to participate and we found it a very difficult process to pare that list to just seventeen teams.

It¹s almost time for Team Rubicon¹s Fundraising and roll-out party. 100%, every last nickel, dime and penny will be donated to the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF).
